CentreTown makes commitment to member’s fitness

Not many forms of entertainment are available for a dollar a day, but for little more than that, you can make a commitment to your health with a membership at CentreTown Fitness
“I think it’s hard to put a price on your health,” said George Frazier, general manager of CentreTown Fitness.
Frazier added that in times of economic hardship, people tend to turn to cheap meals like unhealthy snacks or fast food, contributing to already prevalent health problems like obesity, heart disease and stroke.
“Research supports that the one thing that affects those things is getting active and staying active,” he said.
The state-of-the-art gym includes 75 cardiovascular pieces of equipment, 50 strength training pieces, free weights and an indoor track.
