And $10 for that sandwich and coleslaw plus and add't $2 for onion rings is too pricey for the valley. I can go to dozen local spots where i currently live in a larger city and not pay that much

Having moved from The Valley to an area that specializes in pit beef sandwiches that is waaaay too much bread for those sandwiches. Too much bread for a sandwich like that fills you up too fast. A light simple potato roll would suffice just fine. And the roll in the one picture is also burnt - no need to toast them. If the meat is that tasty and tender there is no need to go fancy with the bread. Keep it simple. The meat does look tasty and I would like to try it next time I am back home
