Not a one of you has a valid argument. If ANY of you live in the village will you please enlighten me on how Smith and his cronies 'Brought Bridgeport Back'? I think they were a waste of council seats. My guess is none of you actually live in Bridgeport. Then again could be Smith posting as these individuals. Hard to see the fact that this village didn't make any better choice than they thought they had prior. The mentality of some people never ceases to amaze me. Wake up people!!

Also, the mayor hires his own personal business/himself to do excavation work for the city. That's not double dipping??? The family lives on a power trip and uses their power to get away with everything. The Sara Jessica Parker issue should have been the opportunity to get rid of all of them then. Now is the time!!

Funny that everyone who signed the petition and is behind this are the MAYOR's relatives!! Let's see... the mayor's DAUGHTER, SON in law, GRANDAUGHTER, and his granddaughters husband!! Along with himself and his assistant. The entire family is crooked and is bringing their drama into the city of Bridgeport. The mayor as well as his family happen to have a dislike for everyone on council. Only because the entire council is trying to get rid of the family because they are nothing but trouble.

The whole thing sounds shady. And what is the basis of this lawsuit? And everything about this incident fails to state it happened in 2011. Why wait until now? Election time, that's why. I would join a group of citizens here to sue Callerick. I'm sure we could dig something up. Just need a lawyer to step up.

Let's play follow the interests, shall we: Shaheen is the owner of the apartment that recently burned down. Three kids were tragically killed. I'm not saying Shaheen was responsible for the fire. The cause is still to be determined. But, the demolished rubble is still there, yet to be fully cleaned up. That rubble is right next door to the Bridgeport Municipal Building and an eye-sore. Now, Mayor Calarik and his family have hired Shaheen to remove his political opponents for serving as ... wait for it... EMT's. Hmmm. Coincidence? I have my doubts. Perhaps the Mayor could help the Village more by getting Mr. Shaheen to clean up his mess before he cleans up the Mayor's political one.
