DOG and kennel licenses for 2009 will be available on Dec. 1 in sevral locations throughout Belmont County.
Auditor Joseph A. Pappano said any dog three months or more is reqired to have a license. The fee is $12 for each dog owned. A penalty of $12 shall be assessed if the license is not purchased on or before Jan. 31, 2009. The kennel fee is $60 and a penalty of $60 shall be assessed if th license is not purchased by Jan. 31, 2009.
