If you've got your wits about you, you have probably noticed a few odd hats this week.
To be more specific, said hats would have been tall with red and white stripes. They may have even been on the head of a very large cat.
Why? (Not that I don't think every day is a great day to wear a tall striped hat.) Because Dr. Seuss' birthday was on March 2, that's why! But, having your wits about you, you probably already knew that.
In honor of such a brilliant man, preschools across America no doubt feasted on Green Eggs and Ham this past Tuesday.
But why only eat Green Eggs and Ham once a year? In fact, why not whip up a batch right now? Here are a few recipes from www.seussville.com to get you in the mood for green food:
