Monica A. White and Delbert W. Finney, III, were united in marriage on March 12 in a private ceremony with the Rev. Ashley A. Barker officiating in the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duane White of Bethesda. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bud Burdine of Glencoe and Mr. and Mrs. Delbert W. Finney, Jr., of Martins Ferry.
