Grandparents and friends were welcomed to the event by the seventh and eighth grade students who also presented numerous performances. The teens also served refreshments, beverages and held prize drawings.

School Principal Brent Ripley said the long-standing tradition serves as a way for the students to bridge the generation gap in a fun and festive way.
