The Ohio Valley 9-11 Memorial, Inc. will present a free ten year remembrance concert on Sunday, September 11 at 4 p.m. at the Wesbanco Arena in Wheeling.
The patriotic program serves to remember those who lost their lives on 9-11 and is dedicated to all first responders including firefighters, EMS, police and both active and former members of the military.
Local talent will perform songs that portray our country's patriotism. Events and entertainers slated include: a procession of honor guards and posting of colors, Allison Laase, a community choir, Brothers in Song, Rosie and Connie Pitts, Ron Retzer, Roger Hoard, a hand bell solo by Briget Briggs, the Sounds of Glory Bell Choir, Warwood Middle School Choir, Girls' Ensemble, the Oglebay Dancers, D. David Stiles, Taps by Ken Bonnell, 21 bell salute, 21 gun salute and bagpipes by Betsy Bethel McFarland.

Master of ceremonies will be Judge Frank Fregiato of the Belmont County Northern Division Court and special honored speaker will be Mr. J. Michael Myer, executive editor of the Wheeling News Register and The Intelligencer.
