Kayla Dawn Kidder and Gary Leyland Taggart were united in marriage on Sept. 10 at Windsor Heights Church of God in Windsor Heights with Pastor Lori Williams officiating.
Parents of the bride are Donald and Noel Kidder of Bellaire. Parents of the groom are Charles Jr. and Kimberly Conley of Short Creek and the late Stephen Taggart.
Melissa West was matron of honor, and Kylie Kidder served as maid of honor. Codey Taggart was best man. Other attendants were Keirstyn Kidder, Erin Conaway, Beth Saffell, Nikki Altmeyer, Jonathon Tober, Jason West, James West, Andrew Szerszen and Travis Altmeyer. Flower girls were Alysha-Lynn Taggart, Desiree Altmeyer, Alania Cole, Alexis Cole and Savannah Saffell. Ring bearers were Timothy Kidder, Tyler Stauffer, Teagen TruLove and Caden TruLove.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the El Tor Grotto in Wheeling.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of St. John Central High School and a graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate's degree in phlebotomy. She is employed as an assistant manager for Oglebay Village Apartments.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. He is also a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute with a bachelor's degree. He is employed as a machine operator for Washington Tool and Machine.
The couple will reside in Wheeling.
