Hoard, Statler present concert

LONG-TIME musicians and friends, Roger Hoard and Mark Statler have joined their hearts and talents for their fifth annual Christmas Concert at Giffin Park Church in St. Clairsville, on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m.

The charm of the beautiful old English Gothic architecture of Giffin Park will only enhance the Christmas feelings of Roger and Mark with a wealth of warm and joyful memories to light through their instruments and vocal music. Along with their musical talents, well known and beautiful voice of Karri Rose Haglock and local singer Kathy Street, promise to bring a very special and spiritual evening to all.

Come and bring your family to share a heartfelt and joyful evening of Christmas music to lift your spirit and touch your's the perfect way to prepare for the Christmas season.

The concert is free, however, a love offering will be taken to help defray the cost of the concert expenses.

The church is located at 280 E. Main Street, old Route 40 between Whiteside Auto Dealership and downtown St. Clairsville.

Parking is limited at the church so concert goers are urged to car-pool if possible and if the church lot becomes full, please park at Whiteside's side lot, located directly behind the Exxon Service Station on Route 40 at entrance to the Ohio Valley Plaza. A van has been graciously furnished by Whiteside to transport concert goers to and from the church.

Mark and Roger conduct church services at Giffin park on Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. They personally send out a warm invitation to all to visit anytime.
