Mr. and Mrs. Mark Roth of Bridgeport announce the engagement of their daughter, Windham Alyce, to Matthew Thomas Holtsclaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Holtsclaw of St. Clairsville.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of St. John Central High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor of arts degree in music education. She is currently employed as a music teacher and band director at West Park Elementary School in Buckeye, Ariz.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Twinsburg High School and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in technical and applied studies. He is a nationally registered paramedic and is currently employed as a paramedic in Mesa, Ariz.
