Carol Sue Taylor of Bellaire announces the engagement of her daughter, Marlene Nicole Taylor, to Tim Allen Hutcheson, son of Lex and Lynn Hutheson, of Tullahoma, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late William D. Taylor of Neffs and a 1993 graduate of Bellaire High School and West Virginia Business College. She is currently emplyoed by Alliance Data Systems in Cincinnati.
Her fiance is a graduate of Tullahoma High School and Cincinnati State University. He served in the U.S. Army and works at Buckeye Power Sales in West Chester, Ohio.
