"The Girl with the Sunny Disposition" ably describes WWVA's black-haired, black-eyed Sunflower. She was a performer with station WWVA for many years. Her husband, Brother Cy Williams, was no stranger to WWVA listeners. His singing fiddle stirred dancing feet for many a square dancer.
