WORLD WAR II - After the fall of Germany, soldiers of the 104th Infantry Division returned from Europe only to be sent to California for preparation to invade Japan. After two atom bombs were dropped, Japan surrendered in August 1945. Getting married before heading west is Patricia Mary (Shirretta) Wallace, SSgt James R.
