CLAY AND Cinda Mattern of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Cara, to Courtney Smith, son of Pete and Sharon Smith of Wheeling, W.Va.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2012 graduate of Belmont Technical College with a degree in medical assisting.
Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Wheeling Catholic Central High School and a 2002 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor degree in business administration specializing in banking and finances.
