Jake T. Palmer

Air Force Airman Jake T. Palmer graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Palmer is the son of Melody Palmer of Westwood Drive, St. Clairsville.

He is a 2005 graduate of St. John Central High School, Bellaire. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2010 from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
