STANDING BESIDE this wishing well that was built in 1970 by Carl Foster of Bethesda are his two little helpers who are his two older sons, Steve and Tim Foster. He built the well between the post office and bank. When the bank built their drive-thru, it was moved to Epworth Park where it is still a scenic view. Submitted by Marge Foster
