JOHN AND Linda Caldwell of Hannibal announce the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Caldwell to Casey Arman, son of Brian and Barb Arman of Clarington.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of River High School, a 2010 graduate of The Ohio State University, and a 2012 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a doctorate degree in physical therapy.
