PHYLLIS DeVIENZIO of Shadyside announces the engagement of her daughter, Amber Lynn, to James Josiah Cross, son of Jim and Kandy Cross of Belmont.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University. She is employed with the Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Union Local High School and is employed with Pivotal Propane.
