A HAILSTORM which struck in Martins Ferry on June 5, 1933 and lasted 12 minutes, resulted in myriad damages at what use to be the High School. The hail damaged school roofs and in the high school alone, over 200 windows were broken. Photo courtesy/Lola Toland
