A probable cause hearing for two Steubenville High School teens scheduled for today has been delayed after one of the attorneys filed a motion to "suppress all names and details of the case."
According to reports, the attorney was concerned with how information had been erroneously reported on a variety of blog and social media websites. However, one of the attorneys for the second teen wished to move forward with the probable cause hearing as did the special prosecutors.
A hearing was scheduled to be held this afternoon to discuss the media's role in the case.
The teens are accused of rape of a girl in August and have been behind bars since late that month.
