CADIZ The Harrison Hills City Board of Education held its regular meeting Thursday to review ongoing projects and future progress.

Dr. George Ash, superintendent, observed that the school district is seeing an upswing in enrollment with nearly 60 students newly enrolled. This is the district's second upswing in the past decade.

"We were down to 1,536 last year," he said. "This year we're up to 1,590. We've only seen an increase in enrollment once since 2003."
