A LADDER truck from the Martins Ferry Fire Department was called Monday to the unused Citizens Bank building to remove a torn tin flashing. Mayor Paul Riethmiller said the flashing had been partially torn off by the high winds and the sharp tin posed a danger should it come loose. Riethmiller said the stone was checked and found to be in good shape. issues have arisen as a result of the windy day.
