On behalf of myself, the only living founder, and other members of the Wolfhurst Central Volunteer Fire Department and E Squad wish to thank the people of the Pease-Colerain Fire District No. 1 for passing the Fire District No. 1 levy.
When I help start the Wolfhurst Volunteer Fire Department in 1946 we had only the fire department.
We had 11 fire calls. Years ago we started the E-squad and our total calls amount to about 700 calls.
God has been good to our department and to me with a long life where I still go to meetings and help the department as much as I can.
