POLUDNIAK, Betty, 82, of Dillonvale died Thursday November 15, 2012 at Alleghany General Hospital Pittsburgh.
She was born March 12, 1930 in Dillonvale, a daughter of the late Adam and Mary (Dzingelewski) Gavarkavich.
She was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church Dillonvale.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Poludniak; brothers, Henry, Edward, and Anthony Gavarkavich.
Betty is survived by her sons, Jeff Poludniak and his wife Barbara, and Chrisopher "Randy" and his wife Nancy Poludniak both of Dillonvale; a daughter, Karen Yanda and her husband Jerry of Dillonvale; a brother, John Gavarkavich of Wheeling; four grandchildren, Stacy Yanda, Jason, Jordan, and Sofia Poludniak.
Friends are invited to a celebration of Betty's life on Monday November 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale.
Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Msg. John Kolesar officiating.
Interment in St. Adalbert's Cemetery Dillonvale.
