ST. CLAIRSVILLE -- The Belmont County Common Pleas Court saw numerous drug-related sentences Monday.
Judge Jennifer L. Sargus presided.
Tyler Wayne Barker, 18, 64779 Nelan Road, Bellaire, was sentenced on a count of theft, a felony of the fourth degree occurring May 15. He was given one year of local incarceration with six months in jail and six months EOCC, served consecutive with a separate sentence. A Crossroads evaluation was ordered. He will be subject to one year of probationary monitoring when released.
Roy Berry, 53, 43505 National Road, Belmont, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for illegal cultivation of marijuana, a felony of the third degree occurring July 31, 2012. He was given a suspended two-year sentence and six months EOCC.
David Michael Colombi, 39, incarcerated, was sentenced for illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention center, a felony of the third degree. He will serve nine months concurrent with his present sentence.
Colleen Ryan Childers-Raymer, 39, 310 31st St., Bellaire, pleaded guilty to theft, a felony of the fifth degree occurring Sept. 24. Sentencing was set for Jan. 7.
James Damico, 46, 103 Washington St., Bethesda, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, a felony of the fourth degree occurring June 15. He was given a sentence of 18 months to be served concurrent with time imposed by another court for a separate trafficking charge.
Aaron Richard Jennewein, 21, 54538 Mt. Victory Road, Powhatan Point, was sentenced on a charge of burglary, a felony of the second degree occurring Nov. 23, 2011. He will serve 60 days as part of a two-year suspended sentence and 60 days EOCC. He will be subject to three years community controls.
Kyle Randall Keiser, 25, 36501 Chestnut Ridge, Barnesville, was sentenced on one count of burglary, a felony of the second degree occurring Aug. 30, 2011. He will serve six months local incarceration and six months EOCC.
Gina Darnell Martin, 29, 500 Jacquette St., Bridgeport, was sentenced on one count improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree occurring April 15, 2012. She was given a suspended 30-day sentence with two years of community controls. The weapon was forfeited.
Chad Askew, 36, incarceration in the federal system, was arraigned on possession of drugs, a felony of the second degree occurring March 14, 2005. He pleaded not guilty. His pre-trial and plea agreement was set for Dec. 17 and trial Dec. 20.
Arthur Gene Harvey, 57, 539 Fulton St., Wheeling, was arraigned on a count of trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fifth degree occurring March 25, 2012. He pleaded not guilty. His pre-trial was set for Jan. 22, with plea agreement March 18 and trial March 26. His recognizance was continued.
