ALONG WITH Mayor Carl Mamone as he turned on the lights to the city of Martins Ferry's Christmas tree were members of the Concerned Citizens Forum: Tom Campbell, Joe Defranco and JoAnn Conway, displaying their certificates of appreciation that were presented to them by the Martins Ferry Chamber of Commerce President, Don Cook, for their work on refurbishing the city's Christmas decorations and other work that had helped to make Martins Ferry's holiday season brighter.
