YANCZURA, Beverly J. (Stullenburg), 80, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 25, 1932, in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Lawrence Stullenburg and Bronwen (Jones) Stullenburg Segedy
Bev was a pre-school teacher for 24 years at the First Christian Church Pre-School of Martins Ferry, and was a member of the church for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward G. "Eggman" Yanczura, her step-father, John Segedy, a brother, Earl "Hap" Stullenburg, and a sister, Helen Mitchell.
Surviving are a son, David Yanczura of Martins Ferry, two daughters; Cathy (Bob) Kennedy of St. Clairsville, OH, and Heidi (Scott) Heffelfinger of Delaware, OH, three grandchildren; Macala, Abby, and Ian Heffelfinger, and a couple she considered to be an adopted daughter; Sandy and George Tamas of Cleveland, OH, and their son, Scott.
Friends will be received Sundaynoon to 3 and 6-8 p.m. at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, where services will be held Monday, December 10, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. with Minister Rod Kasler officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
