BURCH, Jack Dwain, 51, of Morristown, TN, died Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Morristown Hamblen Hospital.

He was born March 9, 1961 in Bellaire, OH, a son of Conner and Mildred Burch of Beallsville, OH.

He was Methodist by faith. He was employed of Double H Plastics in Morristown, as a Process Engineer.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, C.O. and Hazel Armann.

In addition to his parents, he was survived by his wife, Kathy (Armann) Burch of Morristown; two sons, Justin (Ashley) Burch and Nicholas Burch both of Buckhannon, WV; two grandchildren, Jaeger Clayton and Jaelyn Nicole Burch; two stepchildren, T.J. (Deanna) Taylor and Summer (Justin) Mozena of Clarington, OH; four step grandchildren, Dawson, Trey, Maddox, and Brody; four sisters, Kathy McClelland of Shadyside, OH, Connie Burch of Beallsville, OH, Judy (Gary) Miller of Bellsville, OH, Janice (John) Miller of Clarington, Ohio and his twin sister Jill (Jeff) Visnic of Somerton, OH; two brothers, Donald (Beatricia) Burch of Sam Manual, AZ and Ronald Burch of Beasville, OH; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at Mayes Family Services Downtown Chapel. There will also be a visitation Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home in Powhatan Point, OH.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Powhatan Point Cemetery.
