A HOUSE on Franklin Street in Bellaire was destroyed by fire this morning. According to information from fire officials, the call was received at 1 a.m. and firefighters remained at the scene until 4:30 a.m. Responding to the fire were departments from Neffs, Brookside and Shadyside. No injuries were reported . The Salvation Army Canteen was also at the scene.
