DUCH, James F., 79, of Bellaire, formerly of Boydesville, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born June 5, 1933, in Boydesville, a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Gliver) Duch, and his step-father Frank Gliver.
He was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburg Steel Martins Ferry, a veteran of the US Army in Korea, a member of the NRA, and the VFW.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Duch, and a sister, Angela Nedved.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (Ehigh) Duch, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to a celebration of Jim's life on Friday, January 18, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside.
Services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Edward Eberhart officiating, interment in Linwood Cemetery Blaine. Full military honors will be conducted on Saturday at 10:45 a.m. at the Funeral Home by the Belmont county VFW.
