Pleas entered in court

ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Arraignments were held Thursday morning in Belmont County Common Pleas Court. Judge John M. Solovan presided.

Robert Bruno Davis, 29, 4330 Harrison St., Bellaire, now incarcerated, pleaded not guilty to one count of failure to notify a change of address as a sexually-oriented offender, a felony of the third degree occurring Feb. 23, 2013. He faces a maximum sentence of 36 months. A status conference was set for May 24, with plea agreement, June 7, and trial, June 20. Bond was set at $20,000.

Thomas Jesse Boyd, 24, 1710 Cliff St., Pittsburgh, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in drugs, a felony of the second degree occurring Jan. 23, 2013. He faces a maximum of eight years. A status conference was set for June 7, with plea agreement, July 19, and trial, July 23. His bond of $15,000 was continued.

Rudolph Carl Litwin, 38, 609 Locust St., Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree occurring May 9, 2012. Pre-trial was set for June 24, with plea agreement, Aug. 5, and trial, Aug. 20. Bond was continued at $5,000.

Bruce Alan Cervelli, 52, 137 Rock Hill Pike, Bellaire, pleaded not guilty on a count of driving under the influence with the specification of six prior convictions in a 20-year period, a felony of the fourth degree occurring Feb. 24, 2013. He faces a maximum of 30 months and the suspension or permanent revocation of driving privileges.

Status conference was set for June 7, with plea deadline, July 5, and trial, July 11. His recognizance bond was continued.

Ryan Allan Puskarich, 29, 67712 Loydsville Alley, St. Clairsville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault on a peace officer, a felony of the fourth degree occurring Feb. 26, 2013. He faces a maximum sentence of three years. A status conference was set for June 7, with plea agreement, July 5, and trial, July 18. Recognizance bond was continued.

Warrants were issued for:

Clarence William Bertram, 22, 1489 Middleton Road, Cleveland.

Matthew Aaron Mey, 29, 4687 Harrison St., Bellaire.
