Ralph Kinsey, Jr. accepts keys to Ford

RALPH W. Hatch, President and Jesse Shepperd, Hanna General Manager, Underground Mines, present the title and keys of the 1968 Ford to a very happy Ralph Kinsey, Jr. Kinsey was a shuttle car operator at Franklin No. 25 Mine. He lives in Harrisville with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kinsey Sr. and his father worked at Piney Fork Preparation Plant.
