ST. CLAIRSVILLE - A warrant was issued for Chad R. Rennicker, 25, 3735 Grasslick Road, Ripley, during Monday's session of Belmont County Common Pleas Court.
Judge Jennifer L. Sargus presided.
Rennicker's community controls were revoked and he will appear for a re-sentencing after failing to report to EOCC.
He and his brother, Brock A. Rennicker, 27, incarcerated, were convicted of robbing the Colerain PNC Bank using a realistic fake gun on May 25, 2012. Brock Rennicker was sentenced to seven years in early February. According to court records, Chad Rennicker received 43 months community controls on May 20 and is now facing additional charges.
He was arraigned Monday on six counts of kidnapping and one count of aggravated robbery in Meigs County following the robbery of two banks May 30. He was captured days later in Ripley.
"It is completely unacceptable someone who should have been incarcerated may have been out committing additional crimes," said Prosecutor Chris Berhalter, confirming that he will be brought back to Belmont County to face additional sanctions.
Gregory Barnes, 29, 201 Spring St., Flushing, pleaded guilty to one count of receiving stolen property, a felony of the fourth degree occurring Jan. 2, 2013, and one count breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth degree. Sentence was set for June 24. He faces a total maximum of three and a half years.
William Allen French, 56, 223 Virginia St., Bethesda, pleaded guilty to DUI with the specification of prior felony convictions, a felony of the third degree occurring March 8, 2013. The charge was also a probation violation. He was sentenced to two years, with the state not opposed to early release and EOCC after one one year, to be served concurrent with his parole violation.
Christopher David Harding, 42, incarcerated, was sentenced on a count of theft, a felony of the second degree occurring Dec. 8, 2011. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 12 months, and six months EOCC, concurrent with a sentence imposed last Friday. He will be subject to three years of community controls afterward.
Charles John Heathcote, 18, 57311 Sheryl Avenue, Bellaire, admitted to the violation of his community controls and was given a sentence of one year, with six months CRC and six months EOCC. He faces another pending felony. He was originally convicted of burglary, a felony of the second degree occurring March 9, 2012.
Robert Louis Heil, 19, 52221 Buena Vista Drive, St. Clairsville, pleaded guilty to two charges of trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fifth degree occurring Dec. 12, 2011. Sentence was set for July 8. A pre-sentence investigation and EOCC evaluation were ordered.
Ashley Rebecca Marino, 22, 55410 Wabash St., Bridgeport, was sentenced on one count of endangering children, a felony of the third degree occurring Sept. 1, 2011. She received five years of intensive supervised probation as part of an 18-month suspended sentence.
Justin Aloyslus Truax, 30, 412 Clinton St., Martins Ferry, was given a partially suspended sentence of 18 months with six months EOCC. He was charged with receiving stolen property, a felony of the fourth degree occurring Dec. 24, 2012.
Barbara Ann Tittle, 37, 325 21st St., Bellaire, appeared in Belmont County Common Pleas Court Monday before Judge Jennifer L. Sargus. A plea bargain could not be reached and she will go to trial Aug. 22, with a new plea agreement date set for Aug. 5. She is accused of permitting child abuse, a felony of the third degree occurring March 1, 2010.
In May her husband, Jerrod Luke Tittle, was given the mandatory sentence of life without the possibility of parole for 10 years for rape of a child younger than 13, but older than 10, a felony of the first degree occurring Sept. 10. A warrant was issued for Roderick Lee Jones, 19, 119 Third St., Bridgeport.
