I would like to take this opportunity to extend sincere best wishes and Congratulations to Frank A. Fregiato for his recently announced appointment to the position of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for Belmont County by Ohio Governor, John Kasich, effective Aug. 12, 2013, assuming the position so professionally and admirably held by Judge Jennifer Sargus, who has served as Belmont County's first female Common Pleas Court Judge in the county's long and illustrious history.
The credentials of Judge Fregiato, who has served Belmont County as judge of its Northern Division Court since 1997, are virtually impeccable, as well as extremely impressive.
Over his years of service, Judge Fregiato has always exhibited a very high and laudatory level of professionalism and dedication and has been acknowledged and praised for his many innovations including his conducting of live court sessions in high schools throughout Belmont County and his implementaion of a community service program for non-violent offenders, which has proven quite beneficial to assigned offenders and communities alike.
In addition to his professional duties and responsibilities, Judge Fregiato, is very active in support of organizations that are dedicated to helping make Belmont County an even better place in which to live and to work.
Judge Fregiato is an individual of the highest moral character, who, along with his outstanding professionalism and dedication will undoubtedly perform very well in his most recent assignment as he has done throughout his illustrious career.
Over the years, I feel the Belmont County Common Pleas Court system is one of the finest in the State of Ohio. Judge Fregiato along with the iconic and highly respected Judge John M. Solovan, will, without question, continue to enhance the high level of professionalism and integrity of Belmont County's trial level courts even further.
