She was born to Hazel Baker of New York and adopted by Garfield and Irene Cobin of Angelica, N.Y.
Ethel later married Clifford Keiser of Belmont, N.Y.
She was a devoted member of the First Testament Believers Church of Tiltonsville, Oh. Her greatest enjoyment was her love and faith with Jesus Christ; followed by her love for her family, birds, tropical fish, fishing and gardening.
Ethel and Clifford had seven children in which Beatrice K. Keiser has preceded them both in death. The remaining children are: Bonnie Keiser of Rayland, Oh, William (Kathy) Keiser of Burgettstown, Pa., Elmer (Penny) Keiser of Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, Clifford (Tina) Keiser of Yorkville, Oh, Gwendolyn Keiser-McCloud (Kenneth) of Burgettstown, Pa., Dana (Jody) Keiser of Halstead, Kansas; 21 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Ethel's family will have a memorial service Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013 at Paris Presbyterian Church in Paris, Pa. at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Paris, Pa.
