One can expect an increase in flexibility and range of motion, an increase in ability to relax, and a decrease in tension with improvement in posture and general well-being. The introductory series of one-hour classes is offered to all fitness levels. The only requirements are comfortable clothing, a blanket and curiosity. Beth Andes, MS, LPCC, facilitator. Cost: $10 per session. Mount St. Joseph, lower level meeting room. For information or to register for any of the classes, please contact Beth at 740-695-3630.
