ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Larry Jarrell, Past Exalted Ruler of the Ohio River Valley Elks Lodge #231, is pictured with students, Noah and Ethan, after he presented a $1500 check to the School of Hope, the Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ school program. The donation will be used to provide music therapy for children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities who attend the school. Raising funds to benefit people with cerebral palsy is the Elks’ State Project. Donations this year were made to organizations across the Ohio Valley, including Bellaire Schools and Belco Works, Inc. in Belmont County, and JeffCo Workshop in Jefferson County.
