MOUNDSVILLE?- The Strand Theatre Preservation Society is pleased to present the Missoula Children's Theatre production of "Aladdin" with 59 area children involved.
Join Aladdin as he ventures into a swirling sandstorm of famous Arabian Tales from Ali Baba to Scheherazade and even Sinbad the Sailor when the Missoula children's Theatre and 59 local children perform an original musical adaptation of "Aladdin".
The local cast features Wes Eskridge as Aladdin and Ava Hays his Mother. Dharma Cox as the Princess Dory and Creed Kidney as her father the Sultan along with his advisor the Grand Vizier played by Sarah Davis. Emily Anderson and Josee Robertson are the keeper of the Book of Answers Dinazade and her sister Scheherazade. Aubree Gray as The Mysterious One and Samantha Fouty, Savannah Wood and Alex Behm as the mischievous Genies. A stubborn Donkey and spunky Goat are played by Natalie Keim and Destiny Robinson. Scheming Cassin and Ali Baba played by Braeden Keen and Adam Marquart. Sinbad Tanner Keen and his Sailors Leilani Cox, Laura Siler, Carley Lipinski, Julia Palotay, Madison Sleeth, Jasmine Lemons, Lakkin Albaugh, Sabrena Palmer, wise-cracking Palm Trees played by Jillian Blackburn and Adeline Barbour and Nevaeh Burge, Dylan Cox and Bella Iafrate as fleet footed Camels. The Cave of Wonders are played by Justice Robinson, McKayla Daugherty, Megan Wright, Jenna Wood and Hanna Perry, Vagabonds played by Kaylee Nuce, Lily Sleeth, Reese Ward, Madeline Behm, Charli Garrison, Kate Wright, Jenna Vucelik, Gillian Conners and Randa Omear, and a pack of lost Penguins are played by Landen Albaugh, Keagan Wade, Lola Garrison Jacob Boyette, Emily Blatt, Olivia Blatt, Kaila Blatt, Bella Blatt, Lauryn Blatt, Sophia Conners, Jourdyce West, Quinton West and Dean Cullup. Serving as Assistant Directors will be Anna Allman, Brooke Jackson and Jessica Jasinski. Directors are Kat Key and Erik Heuchert.
"Aladdin" will be presented on Saturday, June 28 at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Strand Theatre, Moundsville. Tickets will be available at the door.
