All of the bands will perform from 6 to 10 p.m. except for Friday when Matt Van Fossen performs from 7:30 until 10:30 p.m. due to the parade.
According to Fire Chief David Lenz, all of the proceeds will go to the The Fireman's Association for equipment.
"The only reason The Fireman's Association exists is to support the fire district," said Lenz.
"Once the festival is over, we are going to finalize changing the name to the OR&W Fireman's Association," said Association President Keene Barnett. "That way it fits a little more and it is here to support the district."
For the last 65 years, John Visnic of Hoffman House has donated a La-Z-Boy chair as the first place prize for the raffle. Due to Hoffman House closing in April, this will be the last year Visnic will donate a chair for the raffle.
"These festivals are a dying thing, since it takes so much time and money," said Lenz. "We really have a hard time getting carnival rides. It's a family festival, we don't serve alcohol. We try to have a nice decent carnival for people."
