Floyd & Huguette Burk of Brookside, Ohio are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married on April 24, 1965 in Edmonston New Brunswick Canada.

Mrs. Burk is the former Huguette Dionne, daughter of the late Joseph and Albina Dionne of Edmonston, New Brunswick. Mr. Burk is the son of the late Floyd and Dorothy Burk of Bridgeport, Ohio.

The couple have 2 daughters, Vickie Putinsky of Atlanta, Georgia, and Nicole Pokorny of Cleveland, Ohio. They also have 2 grandchildren, Samuel Putinsky of Los Angeles and Chantal Pokorny of Cleveland, Ohio

Floyd is retired from The Ormet Corporation and is a military veteran, serving in the Air Force. Huguette is retired from Ames Department Stores.

They are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church Bridgeport,Ohio and enjoy participating in various activities with the church and the Veterans.
