MARTINS FERRY — The Board of Education of the Martins Ferry City School District will be holding a special meeting at 4 p.m. today in the Martins Ferry School District High School Library. The purpose of the meeting is preparing for, conducting or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation and other terms or conditions of employment and matters to be kept confidential by federal law, regulations or state statute. The meeting will be held in executive session. No action will be taken at this meeting
