MARTINS FERRY — Two people are confirmed dead in a shooting incident involving three people on West Vine Street in Martins Ferry on Sunday.

Belmont County Coroner Amanda Fisher confirmed the two deaths, a man and a woman, in the shooting. Law enforcement officials had not released any further information as of Sunday night.

Martins Ferry police surrounded the area around the Vine Street house with vehicles, and authorities put caution tape around the home.
