Multiple fire departments from both West Virginia and Ohio are fighting a house fire on Washington Street in Bellaire that has spread to a neighboring house. The Bellaire, OR&W, Martins Ferry and Moundsville fire departments are working the fire that started Friday afternoon.

Police have shut down W. 26th Street and fire officials have asked onlookers down the hill from the flames to leave the area.
