MARGARET FODOR

She was born in Wintersville, OH on November 2, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Gabor and Helen (Vincze) Rozsa.

She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church of Colerain, OH. She led an amazing life. She was well loved and known for her amazing baking skills. She has made countless birthday, wedding, anniversary and shower cakes for friends and family. She was still baking cookies for family and neighbors this past christmas.

In addition to her parents and her husband William Fodor, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Alex and Gabe Rozsa; four sisters, Helen Butcher, Ann Nemeth, Mary Nemeth and Lizzie Kuric.

She is survived by five daughters, Theresa (Barr) Koller, Martins Ferry, OH; Diane (David) Hardwick, Fayetteville, NC; Cheri A. Gandy, Martins Ferry, OH; Sandi L. (Dale) Takach, Columbus, OH; Billie Jo (Brian) Malechowski, Columbus, OH; brother, Joseph Rozsa; two sisters, Barbara (John) Grantonic; Katie (Edward) Grantonic. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one step- grandchild, 14 great- grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home, 615 Hanover Street, Martins Ferry where friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Vigil service will be held at 2 pm.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Colerain, OH. at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, with Father Tom Chillog as the celebrant.

Mausoleum entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 72581 Colerain Road, P. O. Box 38 Colerain, OH.
