It is with great sadness that the family of David Earl Cline, age 80, announce his passing on November 25, 2024, at 2:00 pm in St. Albans, WV.
David was previously of St. Clairsville, Ohio and employed by CSX Corporation as a railroad engineer. David maintained a strong interest in the railroad industry for his remaining years.
David is survived by his loving wife: Bobbie Jennings Cline, sister: Mary Lee Earnhardt, two sons: Mark and Marty Cline, grandsons: Wyatt and Jack Cline, stepchildren: John Salyers, Heidi Hill and Heather Swearingen. He was preceded in death by his parents: Earl and Francis Cline.
Though he may have been taken from us, his spirit will forever live on in the memories we cherish and the love that we shared.
The family will receive friends on December 3, 2024, at 1:30 pm at the Care Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, OH where a memorial service will be held in his honor.
