BILLIE JO GARNER

She was born March 4, 1948 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late William and Wilda Holmes Miller.

Billie Jo was a former employee with AEP, enjoyed playing Bunco; and was a member of The First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Moundsville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Garner in October 2024; brother in law, Harry Day; and a sister in law, Nicky Garner.

Survivors include two sons, Brant and Joshua Garner both of Glen Dale; two sisters, Jane Ann Day of Melbourne, FL and Peggy (Dick) Fillmore of Milton, WV; a brother in law, Larry Garner of Zanesville, OH and several nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3pm until the time of the funeral service at 5pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville with Rev. Wesley Howsare officiating.

Private interment at Parkview Memorial Gardens, Wheeling, WV.
