VIRGINIA BUSICK

She was born in Wheeling on March 3, 1936, the daughter of the late Felix “Phil” and Rose (Kinder) Sadosky. Virginia was a devout member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church where she was the cantor for several years for many funerals and used to work the Fish Fries at Our Lady of Seven Dolors. She retired from Comcast (TCI) – Elm Grove, after many years of faithful service. Virginia will truly be missed by her beloved “Ladies Club”, who would meet once a month over the last several decades.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, George Busick and her brothers, Robert W. Sadosky, Sr. and Gerald Sadosky.

Virginia is survived by her two children, Greg P. Busick of Wheeling and Gwen (Terry) Kinnan of Martins Ferry, OH; one granddaughter, Jessica (Ryan) Hotlosz; one great-granddaughter, Sage Hotlosz and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 11 am at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Bishop’s Chapel with Rev. Jeeson Stephan officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
