PENELOPE FOX

Penny was born on July 7th, 1955, to Fred Robert and Dorothy Marie Jumps at Fort Bragg (Fort Freedom), NC. Penny attended St. Clairsville High School before joining the United States Air Force. She went on to study Arts & Humanities at Ohio University Eastern, graduating in 1985.

Penny was predeceased in death by her father, mother, siblings Robert, Fred, Elizabeth, Johnathan, and Kimberly. Penny is survived by Son (Tim), four grandchildren (Mackenzie, Emma, James, Adeline), and six siblings (Nelda, Lucci, Gene, Charlie, Richard, Paul).

There will be a celebration of life at a later point.
