Trump trial a farce

Dear Editor,

It is my great pleasure to thank three people who were incredibly helpful in getting President Donald Trump re-elected to the Presidency of the United States.

Thank you Judge Merchan of New York, Prosecutor Alvin Bragg, and the New York Attorney General, Laticia James. Without their efforts to destroy Donald Trump, the American public may have never been aware of how corrupt the judicial system, when controlled by George Soros and the Democrat party, can imitate the old communist jurist system that states, ‘find me the man you want prosecuted, and I will create the crime that will convict him.”

These three people demonstrated to the entire country how “lawfare” for the Democrat party can destroy our constitutional process. What a farce the judge of New York and the federal Department of Justice perpetrated to get this case tried. This was a case which the Southern District of New York, a very liberal group of lawyers, stated was no case at all.

Ah, but let’s take it out of federal court and bring it to the state level. Now let us practice some legal hocus pocus to make a misdemeanor into a felony charge.

Finally, let’s charge a man without letting his attorneys know what is the actual charge against him … a charge that was never really defined in the trial.

Then to add a cherry on top of this stink pile of a trial, let’s withhold the defense’s ability to present contradictory evidence. To make this even more ridiculous the final result by this joke of a judge, whose daughter was a fundraiser for the democrat party was “to sentence Trump to not to be sentenced.”

Everytime I see that I laugh in derision. Why? Because there was no crime. There was no fine. There was no jail time. There was no probation. There were no damages. There was no proof. There were no facts. There was no law. Folks, again there was no crime.

So the judge and prosecution prosecuted Trump as a felon for how Michael Cohen, who testified in court that Trump knew nothing of the payout, instructed his accountants to record it as a business expense. Massive amounts of taxpayer money was wasted in New York. Happily, we know what the final result will be. This ruling will be overturned either in the appellate court or finally the Supreme Court. It will take a few years because the appellate court will slow walk it through their docket. In the meantime this will give the biased mainstream media, low information voters, and the Democrat party time to scream … convicted felon.

I suggest we employ the adage stated by professor Alan Dershowitz. I’ll paraphrase, “Donald Trump should not be referred to as a convicted felon, but truthfully be referred to as a convicted ‘innocent’ man. Thirty-four charges times zero equals zero.”

This is our burden to bear until the real judge of this universe comes back and sets up a ‘just’ system of rule.

“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” — Isaiah 9:6
